Nestled in the heart of the 6th district, Urban Kitchen is a new luxury canteen at the top of the pile of the latest restaurants in vogue. The original concept combines love of tradition with an ultra-modern spirit, from the atmosphere of the place down to the menu. Between a game of boules and live music nights, diners can savor Jérémy Magnan and Stéphane Lamani’s innovative bistro cuisine.
Respectively chefs at the Longchamp Palace and Axis, the duo develops an authentic and tasty menu, using local seasonal produce. The culinary highlight? The Beef Wellington served with spinach and foie gras, all coated in crispy puff pastry. A delight that is enjoyed, if you wish, accompanied by fine wines of the region.
As the quality of the kitchen is not in itself enough to guarantee a good restaurant, a convivial atmosphere reigns within this space with its industrial design. A large bar, sunny terrace and intimate mezzanine provide the setting for festive aperitifs, romantic one-on-ones, or family brunches. In short, it’s the perfect address where culinary creativity and Mediterranean good humor marry with refreshing subtlety.
